Within the framework of the international Erasmus+ program “Flipped classroom as an alternative way of distance learning”, teachers of our school took part in a five-day training course at the Euro-Med Youth Federation e.V Center in Berlin (05.09 – 09.09.2022).
The first day included classes on digital competence, digital society and counteracting digital exclusion in the education process. It was also the sharing of previous experience in the use of Web 2.0 tools during the pandemic in each partner country (Poland, Latvia, Greece, Turkey).
Theoretical and practical classes included such digital tools as learningapps, padlet, AnswerGarden, Wordart, Wordwall, Quizizz, Kahoot!, Edpuzzle, Edmodo, Prezi and Zello.
The next days of training include workshops on the creative use of digital technologies in methodological innovations. It was also a time for sharing experience on the use of Web 2.0 tools in individual subjects (computer science, biology, mathematics, history, German, English).
There was also a discussion among teachers to develop tools to prevent digital exclusion of students.
Most valuable, as always, were new experiences and relationships with wonderful people.
See you in Greece at the next training session at the Universitat Panepistimio Patron in Patras.
