What is Erasmus?
Erasmus+ is an EU program that supports education, training, youth and sports in Europe. Its budget is estimated at 26.2 billion euros. This is almost double the amount of funding allocated to the previous program (for 2014-2020). The 2021-2027 program places a strong emphasis on social inclusion, environmental and digital transformation, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life.
